Can I order a free swatch box?

Yes, you can. Kindly click here and give us your details. The swatch box will be posted to you within 24 hours, free of charge.

Are your seat cushion covers reversible?

Yes they are. You can use both sides of the seat cushion. If one side gets dirty, turn the cushion over and use the other side.

Are your fabrics stain resistant?

Yes they are, as we use an expensive material that is resistant to spills and stains. They are also pet friendly.

Do you offer any product guarantees?

We offer a 25 year guarantee on all our frames and a 1 year guarantee on everything else. This is in addition to your consumer rights.

Are your sofas comfortable?

Our sofas are very comfortable to sit on for hours on end.

The item I want is out of stock. What can I do?

You can give us your contact details and let us know what items you require. We will contact you as soon as they are in stock. You will be under no obligation to buy from us at all.

Can I change the items in my existing order?

Yes you can. Notify us as quickly as you can and we will change your order.

Can I exchange my sofa for a different one?

Yes if it is within the 100 day trial period. Contact us as quickly as you can and we will sort out the rest. You will not be able to cancel after the 100 day trial.

How do I arrange a return?

Have a read of our returns page. We try and make returns easy and simple to do.

How often do you renew your stock?

We order new stock as soon as we see available stock reducing to a low level, and hope not to have anything out of stock, or only for a short time.

Who will deliver my sofa?

We sometimes deliver ourselves, and sometimes use our trusted delivery partners for other deliveries.

What if I'm not home to accept delivery?

We will re-arrange the delivery to you. There may be a charge for this – se our delivery page.

I've made a return. When can I expect my refund?

We will refund your money soon after receiving your goods and checking them.

My item is faulty. What should I do?

Your goods should arrive in perfect condition, but if they don’t then you should contact us immediately with your full details and pictures of the damage as well. We will contact you and sort out the problem with you.

I'm having issues at checkout. What should I do?
